Unwary businesses may end up paying up to R$ 15,000 more, confusing the additional charge for excess reactive power usage as part of the regular tariff.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Capacitor banks and improved power management.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAn effective solution for industries is the implementation of capacitor banks, correcting the power factor. These electrical panels mitigate the misuse of electricity, improving consumption management and reducing the energy bill by up to 50%.<\/p>\n<p>The capacitor bank, flexible enough to meet the needs of industries of all sizes, offers an effective and customizable approach to optimizing energy consumption. According to the director of Engerey, this innovative technology has the potential to cut electricity costs by up to 50% in companies operating with low power factor equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Before implementation, a technical team conducts a detailed visit to the industrial plant, generating an accurate report on the company&#039;s energy consumption and capacitance needs. Based on this analysis, a report is prepared outlining how the capacitor bank can efficiently impact the plant&#039;s electrical system.
