Electrical Panels - CSW
The Low Voltage Main Switchboard is a panel that provides reliable control and protection to power distribution systems with a nominal voltage of up to 690Vac.
It plays a crucial role by providing control and protection to the electrical circuits of the solar system. The QGBT receives the energy generated by solar panels and distributes it safely and efficiently to connected devices and equipment. It also assists in monitoring the system’s current and voltage, ensuring proper use of the generated energy.
The Low Voltage Main Distribution Board (QGBT-SOL) can also be applied to renewable energy systems, such as solar. It plays a crucial role in providing control and protection to the electrical circuits of the solar system. The QGBT is responsible for receiving the energy generated by the solar panels and distributing it safely and efficiently to the connected devices and equipment. Furthermore, the QGBT assists in monitoring the voltage current of the solar system, ensuring proper use of the energy produced.
The low-voltage motor control center (MCC) is an essential electrical panel for controlling the operation of electric motors in your company's production.
It consists of a set of fixed, withdrawable, or modularly mounted drawers. Control and protection devices for power distribution systems are applied here, such as contactors, power circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, motor circuit breakers, frequency inverters, starters with intelligent relays, or starters with soft starters. Door control is via buttons, indicator lights, and switches for remote/automatic operation.
The CSW Power Distribution Panel (QDF) is the ideal panel for your company's power distribution. It is an electrical panel composed of a main circuit breaker for protection, followed by a power metering assembly, secondary circuit breakers for load protection, and may include protection via surge protection devices (SPDs) and residual current devices (RCDs). Project solutions for all market applications.
The lighting distribution panel is the best option for controlling your company's lighting. The electrical panel consists of a main circuit breaker for two-phase/three-phase protection, a power metering assembly, single/two-pole/three-pole circuit breakers for load protection, a residual current device (RCD) for protection against accidents (electric shocks), lighting activation via AC1/AC3/AC5a category contactors, door control via buttons and switches. It may also include surge protection devices (SPDs).
With the CSWFORCEPLUS motor starting panel, your control over motor starts is in your hands. The electrical panel consists of a three-phase main circuit breaker, single/bipolar/three-pole circuit breakers for control protection, and a motor circuit breaker with thermal and magnetic adjustment for motor start protection. Control of electric motor starts is via contactors, frequency inverters, intelligent relays, or soft starters. Door control is via buttons, indicator lights, and switches for remote/automatic operation.
The panel supplied in the CSWFORCEPOWER or CSWFORCEPLUS line consists of a three-phase main circuit breaker, three-pole circuit breakers for protection of the capacitive cells, and three-pole AC6b category contactors for switching the capacitive cells measured in kvar. Reactance calculation is performed by the power factor controller with output to meet 6 or 12 stages. The panel is designed for controlling and reducing reactive power generated by motors and reactive loads.
Optional forced ventilation for safety and increased capacitor lifespan.
Medium-voltage switchgear is an essential component for the safe control and distribution of electrical power in industrial and commercial systems. Designed to operate at voltage levels between 1kV and 36kV, these switchgear is responsible for receiving and directing electrical power from power sources, ensuring its correct distribution to various equipment and circuits.
With their functionality and reliability, medium-voltage switchgear plays a fundamental role in the safe and efficient distribution of electrical energy in medium and large-scale installations.
IEC 62271-1: Specifications common to high-voltage switchgear standards.
NBR IEC 62271-200Metal-enclosed switchgear for alternating current with nominal voltages greater than 1 kV and less than 52 kV.
A PLC panel is an industrial electronic control device that uses microprocessors to execute logic programs, usually written in languages such as ladder logic. The PLC monitors analog and digital inputs from sensors and executes logic algorithms to control outputs, such as motors and valves. The programs are developed in dedicated development environments and transferred to the PLC via industrial networks such as Profibus or Profinet. PLC panels may have communication interfaces (HMI) and serial and/or Ethernet ports for integration with supervisory and control systems. It has diagnostic, data storage, and remote programming capabilities to facilitate the maintenance and monitoring of industrial processes.
